もっとも重視しているのが 強度 精度 たとえば鍛造ホイールでは８０００トンの圧力で圧縮した塊から削りだし成形されるがゆえに 最高品質が完成します。

製造工程
8.000トンの圧力をかけ素材の密度をあげます。その後、数時間の間熱処理します。
切削工程
ハブセンター出し、ボルトホール、デザイン部の制作をCNCコンピューター制御された
機械を使用して切削します。
塗装工程
最後に、塗装します。腐食保護用のファイナルコーティングとして、プレミアム品質のアクリル系クリアパウダーコーティングを施します。
